Beto, Ecuatorian, graduated in administration of touristic business, and guide of tourism and trekking for more than 20 years in the whole country, is responsible for organization, logistics and AventurEcuador's guides training.
The "Jefa"
Carole, French, graduate of an International Business School in Paris, is responsible for Customer's relation, reservations, administration and management.
